What the main problem with high oil prices it allows larger companies to explore and spend money on exploration and look after shareholders all very expensive on and impossible with $50 dollars a barrel. Hence a reduction on all of the above onshore wells offer better value in that price range less overheads and so on . I dont believe we will see $50 dollars but $65 average for a while followed by an increase 2019/20. not advice just what I think of course no plan ever survives contact with the unknown factors war demand trump.
