A perforation in the context of oil wells refers to a hole punched in the casing or liner of an oil well to connect it to the reservoir. ... In more highly deviated wells, coiled tubing may be used. basically it will increase the volume of oil released
.The reason they can do this and not relinquish the natural flow is because they must be aware the flow pressure is not been fully utilised very good sign expect increase flow rate from original estimation
