Naked or shorts closing is a common question raised when large volume buys are noticed close to the end of a bear period and more than probable a News period which will increase the value of a company. The process involves brokers asking for the share that have been loaned to other brokers for the shares back . Yes your shares may have been loaned to another short seller . Problems occur when a sudden increase in the share price occurs causing a short squeeze IE the shares have to be bought back quickly and under market pressure upwards . Panic will set in with the smaller down bets as they dont want to be left holding the baby. The clear indication of this is large buys that do not affect the share price the reason they are not new shares but borrowed ones. It is rumored by placing a high price to sell your stock they cannot be loaned or borrowed . I cannot confirm however you can call your broker and ask are they allowing your shares to be borrowed. In any case the obvious pattern will usually mean a sustained rise is imminent strong HOLD. IMO

On the face of it you can understand the grief . Lets take a look back first to when oil was 55$ a barrel and the share price went to 10p Why was that? we also owned a lot less of what looks to be one off if not the best onshore field in western Europe if indeed the phase 1 status is confirmed we could have twice the recoverable oil that we thought we had back then . Yes there is more shares . And yes he hasn't declared the KIMs special secret but why would he when hes still buying !!!!. Think about that for a moment why would he keep buying . Look on u tube thermal mature oil at the peak if phase 1 previous model calculated as phase 2 . He knows. We have 8 weeks to the end of Q2 and everything is coming to a head . Including Angus which is tapping into the Kim by all accounts its going good and a flow from that will reinforce our acreage which could treble in value with non tight oil being declared and phase 1 type which I believe SS is convinced off.
