Said it a few times now...
Cellular Goods IPO listed on primary bid at 5p a share, mcap around 20m.. Backed by DB Ventures (David Beckham) and Peter Wall is a NED (Argo). IPO offering until the 19th.
I suspect it will go the same way at MGC and KNB. Fill your boots.
I mean I made it as clear as I possibly could...
Have a look on primary bid.
X-O have it under SOP but shows as Kanabo
Plenty of info on the cellular goods website regarding offering and IPO. Looks like opening with a similar mcap to Kanabo (meaning today will be interesting!) I don't think a ~£20m mcap will last long on either share
PrimaryBid are hosting the IPO.
You can have an account set up same day (just message them if you fail their automated security checks)
PrimaryBid then will give you as much as possible (depending on oversubscription), refund you anything they couldn't fill, and send the shares to a broker that you specify.
I've just applied to take part in the IPO of CBX.
Looks a really exciting prospect - DYOR.
Been trying to work this out for an hour or so now...
Looks like 360m shares issued. 6.5p open tomorrow gives mcap of £23m.
Spinnaker holders suspended at 4.65p and hold 8% of the enlarged capital.
Am I right in thinking that SOP holders will be 50% up off the bat?
How do SOP holders at suspension come out of this?
What will be their BEP after dilution?
Anything aorund 45p is a no brainer here
Bought.
Looks like a PMO pump may be coming...
A very clear and concise update from MTFB today. Puts some real meat on the hone regarding their RTO..
I cannot understand why MTFB can issue an RNS like that giving investors some clarity, whilst we sit through over a year of effective silence..
Its all been covered before...
We offer a main market listing with minimal costs without needing an IPO. An investor (private or institutional) is more likely to get involved with a project listed on LSE than AIM which makes a placing for funding more viable.
Also - there has been a suggestion made to me lately that Accustem couldn't possibly list via IPO as it has nothing tangible... No assets... No physical value.... And that is a major hurdle to list on the London market.
