Lot of posts over on the iii board that paint a very negative picture of VML, which is contrary to what the chat is over here. I'm content with my holding and happy to hang on for the next 12-18 months. Anyone seen the chat over there?

had another look over the fundamentals and they do look good. Been looking at a number of real estate/property companies this week and i haven't been able to find one in a better position yet. Stil a decent buy at these levels and the chart looks positive. if i had the cash available id think about coming on board.ATB
do you really think that dupd is in a good position to spread its wings? ive seen many companies brought to their knees after trying for too much far to soon.
Those sells on advfn look like buys to me if you check the price. Would like to free up some funds at the interim management statement is very bullish. They look well placed for any upturn next year and beyond.

I'm in. Market cap is £60m, they have £88m in CASH sat in the bank! Let alone their property portfolio worth 100s of millions! Really is ridiculous at this price.
thanks for that I have about £2k from my sale of harvey nash shares last week - quite a steady but good share/company to be in. However i'm into getting more bang for my buck at present so am concentrating on the aim market after the success of pxs recently. I'm looking at ifl,pmk and stf and will probably go for one of these. Stf - It has been on my monitor since it was 10p. I noticed that it went up 20% or so the other week but otherwise remains fairly steady. I will have a closer look today/tommorow. Thanks
