Lamps I undestand and partially agree. However I am enjoying the disconnect in value, giving me the scope of allowing further share aquirement at the 5p mark.

I don't sign up to the large shorter positions, i can't see where the value is in that position.

What I do know, is when / if we go boom. We will go BOOM. This share has done it before even with the large PI sharebase and can do it again at a moments notice.

Relying on **** from SSAB. What happens if SSAB don't want to sell the **** anymore? or reduces output?.

Also if it is going to cost them 340 Million to build a 8500T processing ability, how much is our current 5400T ability plus scaleability worth.

Their MCAP is almost a quarter of a Billion!!! With no actual revenues, just expensive fund raises on the way!!.

How BMN is worth a quarter of this company I will never know!, We are producing the product, not years away from producing the product! Assuming production is on track, we are currently making a very healthy profit week in week out!

Agreed, I think Fortunes ambitions and drive is in helping Africa prosper. I think that is one of the reasons he is not flavour of the month in the square mile.

He actually has a sense of responsibility for how BMN could contribute to shaping the particular issues Africans face.

The point I make - which I feel is just. Is that rates for block / brick laid and day rates for blockies, has become ridiculous.

On what planet should a brick/block layer be able to earn 200-300 quid, it is a large sum of money for a fairly simple skill. The issue is not enough people taking up the skill (which is also a wider of issue of societys desire to send as many kids to university to do media studies etc..), hence the high price. This will of course adjust if they now have to battle for work, which they will if completitions are reduced by the level projected by the majors.

at £250.00 a day on a 5 day 46 week year, thats almost 60k. 60k is more than we pay a considerable amount of Doctors, who have done enormous amounts of training and education, most doctors are likely to be in the top percentile of intelligence so also make up a small proportion of society.

I am not saying it isn't physically demanding (Well block more than brick) and I am not saying brick/block layers don't work hard, I just feel it is an overvalued trade.

Now a real stonemason, who can create works of art using all forms of stone is a different story. But PSN square boxes do not require 2% of the skill of a real stonemason.

So TW and all the main players are going to build 10,000s of less house this year, and you don't think that will have an effect on the labour rates they will pay.

I gurantee you, when they start dropping their sales prices, they will be banging on the sub contractors door first telling them prices they pay for trades will be dropping.
