It is just frustrating how Andrada has such value placed on it because it is multi commoditity exploratory mining company. Its tin AISC is to high and Lithium has dropped in percentage terms more than Vanadium. Yet we just cannot catch a break.

Orion getting a bit of cash back from the deal. I am inclined slightly to go with this theory. Orion have done us a decent deal. The bit that wasn't decent is the 6p conversion. It was the sweetner because the rest of the deal was excellent.

We could have paid the 4.5 Mill back in cash without shadow of a doubt but gave them shares.

Placing shares (Convertible loan note in to shares) always have a sales strategy and always look for a weighted average to be achieved. They will sell a portion in range x, another portion in range y and another in range z.

Once they finish selling, buying pressure will take the share price up.

This is not the first time BMN has been in this position. Hopefully the last!.

Cinders - its not just Fortunes opinon on VRFBs squeezing V prices. It is most independent commodity commenators.

Also I don't agree Fortune dragged it out. We will never know the thought pattern behind it.

Fortune might have been playing for time to see if there was a sustained V price rise.

I don't believe the deal was his prefered option. I think he has hunkered down and is preserving cash, which I am thinking now looks like a very healthy number.

That news was kept lock tight.

Not a whiff of a leak. We were at multi historic lows and the market didn't even get a mirage of what might happen. With the exception of the faithful on here.
