Mr Day will be measured against what he sets out to do. Company Goals & Objectives & the Strategy if you will.

He's stated in the past what they are. Measuring against those key milestones is what investors will do. So far he's achieved when measured against goals achievable within the timeframe. Now, you are not going to measure the end goals yet as there are many milestones that lay in front. Like building a house you cannot have das Richtfest until the roof is on!
