I'm not ramping, obviously there is a best case scenario and a worst case, and everyone has their own idea on which each case entails and what the chance of success is.

I have put a lot of savings in here, IMO we will either do pretty good or incredibly well or somewhere in between. If we get dividends this will be the gift which keeps on giving. Reward for confidence in the project and conviction to load up!

Tiggerman. I must agree. With an average of 22.5p these levels will be a long distant memory come first production in 2021 and those looking for a mortgage deposit will have much deeper pockets. Those in a position to keep holding will be getting dividend payments a few years later, all things going to plan and debt paid off from the financing. Exciting journey this one.

In lieu of a stage 2 finance update I'm glad to see the real progression of the project as the tunnel boring machine is almost ready to start flying through the first section of the 23 mile tunnel.

They can release new price sensitive info at the event. The market won't be open. They just have to release an RNS at 7am the following morning, it's not uncommon.

I see some of the usual "twitter experts" banging on about capex too high at sirius and other potash projects. IMO no other upcoming potash investment is like sirius. The scale of the mine being built with MTS and shipping facility. Our connection with ADM. Our torps, and the highest grade deposit of potash in the world. Maybe I'm wrong cadell but IMO the BOD are doing a fantastic job. FOIL planned for H1 2019 and they're about to hook up. No company issues an RNS on every task they carry out, I was surprised they did about the failed attempt at hook up but was grateful. They can't inform us what every single ship movement is, and with the weather WOS plans inevitably change continuously.
