But do you really believe a CEO walking out would help SP? Bearing in mind when the government process stopped the company from selling gas he found an alternative route to market. There is more to the company than one man.

A deal can be done with clauses around the ippc which would allow the deal to be concluded prior to issue. Takeover and JV both good options but I believe Colin would not accept an offer as low as 2pps. All my opinion of course

Emerald carrots good post. This has bounced back and forth between AST and government like a game of ping pong. Now what a lot of people forget is that they actually issued AST this permit before, so there is no reason we will not get it now. I don't think the wait will be too long either. Is Colin holding off the interested parties as he knows the ippc is about to land and he wants a cracking deal for us? Possibly. Exciting times for holders here.

Scott - to be fair to Colin if the field was producing at 35mmscfd it would have a 10pps value. England will be found out, decent side but they will struggle to beat Columbia.

Ah well at least there is more chance of 10p per share than England winning the wc
