I was referring to the 37 individual business cases the BOD published in a previous RNS.

With resources tight, why not focus all the energy on a few products than the many?

The only other thing that does concern me is the fact they are working on upwards of 40 products....
Why not concentrate on a few and get them right and thus reduce costs .
We have turned a corner ,but it will all be for nothing if we run out of money.
Going back to shareholders for more money will fall on deaf ears, unless substantial progress is made and confidence -trust rebuilt.

We are on the up ,but lets stay there.

The BOD have one more golden opportunity to turn this round and deliver for LTSH !!!!!

Its make or break for them also as money will run out within 6-12 months. I believe they are all aware of this and thats why i'm confident they will get it right this time.

However, its game on if they do get something over the line as hospitals are filling up again and we are no where near the winter. The share price will go turbo with decent news

Can you explain in basic terms what the rules are with Director buys?
My understanding is if there is a deal with Voltz and they buy shortly before its announced/confirmed that is classed as insider dealing.
If they are in discussions with voltz regarding possible products , testing materials etc and they are hoping that the products are approved for production at some stage ..... they are able to buy at any time?

Can you help me understand this better?

perhaps your right regarding the "AGM not being the forum for major news "
It will be one of the few opportunities we have to grill them on progress and hold them to account.

Duffin said when he took over that he would improve communications between the BOD and investors ...... It never happened (we had radio silence instead) The recent RNS stated better updates ... we shall see.

Duffin will have to bring news of substantial progress to the AGM or we will return to new lows.....

I think we are turning a corner here, but investors need reassurance by the BOD delivering on solid contracts rather than
"we are in discussions with multiple parties"
In short, we need income coming back in rather than money going out.
