With todays announcement ive finally got back about 55% of my initial investment, lot better than the value it fell to a few months ago,which was then about 80% down. Hoping it might rise a tad more before September? Does anyone know if this is going to be a compulsary sell for Uniq shareholders, or is there a chance the price will steadily keep rising until most people sell?

Thanks for reply mj653, Looks like i had better hope it creeps up again to 13p or hopefully even higher,before shares cease trading a week tomorrow!At least that way,if i did manage to sell out at say 20p, i would limit my losses to just under 2k,as opposed to 6.5k loss,even if my new shares of 4508 shares were indeed to open on Aim at 70p price per share. Obviously if share doesnt get upto 13p again (which im sure it will<) then i wil be stuck between a rock and a hard place as to what to do?

Just read the document (longest in history! lol ) What i cant quite get my head around,as to why none of the institutions are selling before the dilution,or am i missing something here?Surely if say 46,000 shares are now worth £4830.00 @10.50p per share.If after dilution which would turn 46000 less 90.2% shares into only 4508. If these were valued at the same price hyperthetically at 10.50p,this would mean that the value would now be worth only £473.34p, a huge loss of £4357.00p. Surely this cant be right,as people are still buying, Somebody please tell me ive got this wrong! Im already currently down over £8k on investment,and dont wish to lose any more :-)

Do you know if i will still maintain my full shares currently at around 46k,or will i lose 90.2% (ie) end up with less than 5k shares,or will the 90.2% shares just be added into the company as additional shares,as Uruals has done recently?

Not seen my voting forms yet, so thanks for info,. if this is the case why doesn,t everyone just sell their shares now, for over 5p each,and rebuy again after the shares join AIM, for 1p each?Or are the existing shares very likely to be around the price as todays price? Having currrently over 46000 shares,dont know which way to go,sell now,or hope price refloats at same price today,whilst still keeping my 46k shares intact? Any advice on this greately appreciated!

Do you know if 90.2% more new shares are going to be added into the company, or as i suspect we all lose 90.2% of our actual shares owned?

Currently have 46261 shares,which will be diluted to 4533 shares. Not sure if i should take the £2313 @ current 5p price. purchased most of these shares around 30-35p, so already currently down significantly.Does anyone know what the new share price after dilution is likely to be, so i can work out which way to go with these shares?
