Help with share dilution?17 Feb 2011 15:22
Just read the document (longest in history! lol ) What i cant quite get my head around,as to why none of the institutions are selling before the dilution,or am i missing something here?Surely if say 46,000 shares are now worth £4830.00 @10.50p per share. If after dilution which would turn 46000 less 90.2% shares into only 4508.
If these were valued at the same price hyperthetically at 10.50p,this would mean that the value would now be worth only £473.34p, a huge loss of £4357.00p. Surely this cant be right,as people are still buying, Somebody please tell me ive got this wrong! Im already currently down over £8k on investment, and dont wish to lose any more :-)
