AJ I believe they will have to give a financial guarantee of some sort, but don't believe it will be in cash from this placing.

It could be a financial arrangement but anything they use from this placing might be to put things in place to satisfy the MR requirements set out by DMRE, administrative expenses.

As far as the MR goes can't see that happening anytime soon, in fact I might be wrong but I'm sure he said in a previous interview about 5 months ago

that he expected it in a couple of months. That never happened but it was said just after the last placing !

They also mentioned a drilling campaign, do you guys know that is going to take a couple of years!!

This interview coincides with the recent placing, now you guys should know the reason for that and don't be surprised to see some rampy rampers arrive, who won't be shareholders even if they give the impression that they are.

Also maybe another non news rampy rns just to keep momemtum up

Looked at X, suhail says that maybe £100,000 of placing might be used to 'tidy up' after mining complete that £100k will be gone sooner than you think along with the other£400k.

When they said they were at the permitting stage I and I bet quite a few others assumed that that meant the permit had been submitted and it was going thru the permitting stage with the Jamaican govt not that they were still in the PRE permitting stage and hadn't even submitted the permit application!

Uog have knowns since at least last jan they had to submit a permit application for the core drilling so why has it taken so long, is it because they are being run by an accountant rather than an experienced oil man!!

What next, share consolidation is my bet because they cant issue any more shares and so will come up with some agenda to issue new shares so they can have another placing to fill a certain coffer. Watch out for new rampers because that will be the first step and no doubt an egm !

I don't know about anyone else but when I saw the rns heading I was taken aback to say the least!

After having the licence extension since jn 2024! they have only now submitted the application for the piston core permit, seriously what the heck have they been doing, apart that is from raising money and diluting existing shareholder'

Where have all the paid rampers gone, job done, placing done, placing sold , hibernating, preparing new names for next placing ramp.

It looks like the existing shareholder that took the 4.96% or slightly less now because of latest dilution is ignoring Aim rules but the Nomad and Uog must have made it clear that they would have to TR1, wouldn't they, of course they would.....
