I quite agree. AC background knowledge within this field is very strong. I know a few investers in ggp who look to do extremely well so I'm looking forward to this giving prims financial books a strong position to coincide with up and coming ipos and hopefully have some positive sp momentum in the coming weeks and months.
A few days of reasonable vol trades i feel will be enough for those holdings rns s to be confirmed imo.Does anyone on the bb have an idea what happened to Fortknox in the end must of been over a year ago now.Assume they have gone on to pastures new.
Spoke briefly to AC this evening. Collating data as we speak awaiting a couple more updates from Investments and quarterly update expected as usual by 2nd week Feb. He still can't believe ggp sp this low after latest news which will for sure have a knock on effect on prims sp. Shame I'm not invested in both but I'm quietly confident that prim with deliver in the end. I'm still expecting holdings rns at some stage soon.
Agree with comments made hense spoke to AC today ref dilution after consolidation. His reply was no placing for the past 2 years and no plans to do so. As a Lth here I'm comfortable with my investment going forward and awaiting for a bit of meat on the bone which will hopefully see us move north in the coming weeks and months. Mm are a law unto themselves. NT to buy.
Just to add a quick brief regarding sport80 ipo, after a conversation with AC,all ready to go just waiting to buy out a loose shareholder in advance of ipo. Fresho is absolutely flying but info restricted to sensitivity..AC very happy with the way things are going regarding other investments as you would be with Ggp doing the business as we speak.2019 shaping up to be a very positive year.
Just thought I would share last weeks conversation with Alistair.”Yep quite ridiculous the SP as it stands. It would appear that no matter what news we put out it would seem someone seems to sell the price down, note the news on UKOG shares and the HHDL-1 results as an example. As you point out we working on the Qtly now and I am sure it will make v good reading and also as you know the company has a v strong cash and shares position and our investments are progressing very nicely. We want exits as soon as possible but we don't run these companies….but we do put rockets under them.
I dont blame markets per se as its up to us to deliver tangible results but I would also observe that the Sp has been falling on tiny volumes. In talking with our house broker they agree. No big seller apparently, just drip drip of small sells.
We last raised money at 0.20p and I last bought stock at 0.25p. The current SP is not a reflection of our business at all in my opinion. We have no need to raise any money so no need to endure any dilution. But no one, especially me, wants a SP below what they paid.
One last point I have recently found out our Auto-reply email service has been not working. Ive just had it fixed and gave the service provider a spray. We don't have admin staff or anything like that so if you speak to any other shareholders who couldn't get hold of us then please do let them know and pass on my apologies that it took so long to find out there was a problem. Frustrating for all i am sure.
Hope this is satisfactory and no one wants the SP up more than me mate. Keep an eye out for the Qty.

Just a small snippet from another Investor companies Rns couple of months ago.Chairman of Two Shields Investments, Charlie Wood, said, "The Board of Two Shields is confident that the investment into WeShop represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to an innovative concept as well as to the emerging social e-commerce sector. This investment is in line with our strategy to identify and invest in forward looking, innovative opportunities in a diverse range of technology sub-sectors. Just as e-commerce disrupted the traditional bricks and mortar retailers on the high street, WeShop, with its cutting-edge social e-commerce platform, now promises to disrupt the established online retail market. With social e-commerce expected to become a US$350 billion market in the mid-term, the size of the prize is huge. Thanks to its impressive roster of high profile backers, proven management team, and a defined growth strategy, WeShop is well placed to become the go-to social e-commerce platform and in the process create an extremely profitable and valuable business.Â
Don't really comment to much on boards but as been a LTI here wanted to share a brief email I received from A C a while back with regards the companies position with trading positions with stock they hold."We do not comment on shares in our asset reviews as the number we hold and their value may change repeatedly....a while back we stated that we have an active share trading policy as part of manging our liquidity as you point out so we put them in that category.

> As it stand today we still own shares yes but id not like to make you inside for MARS (market abuse) purposes so if its ok I will leave it at that."
I hope these comments by a c helps with any queries regarding positions held with certain assets.
Have held a common stock certificate since they transferred across the water. Can anyone on the board give any contact info as no joy with xbio HQ Thanks in advance
