Hi All,
So here is what I have received from LSE so far:-
Subject: Re: Enquiry on reporting a breach of the company Synairgen PLC (CAS - Removed case number)
CORPORATE
Thank you for your email, copied below, regarding Synairgen Plc (the “Company”).
As the matters you raise relate to a company admitted to AIM, it has been passed to AIM Regulation to consider.
AIM Regulation considers all enquiries as regards the conduct of AIM companies and nominated advisers in respect of their compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies (“AIM Rules”) and for Nominated Advisers (“Nomad Rules”) and takes action where appropriate.
Please note that AIM Regulation's remit does not extend beyond the AIM Rules and Nomad Rules. Further information regarding the remit of AIM Regulation, and that of other regulators and competent authorities, can be found at the following AIM Regulatory Landscape. In this regard and noting your comments regarding the Company not holding its AGM within six months of its financial year end, if you have not done so already, you may wish to raise your concerns with the Insolvency Service’s company investigation unit, in its capacity as an executive agency of the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Further information in this regard is available here.
As indicated, we can assure you that we consider all enquiries and investigate alleged breaches of our rules. However, you will appreciate that confidentiality is essential in maintaining the integrity of our work and, accordingly, please note we are unable to comment on company specific matters or provide updates.
Kind regards
AIM REGULATION
I have since logged a case with the above Government department - Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. I will let you know what I receive back.
