Let’s just wait for news which is actually very imminent and stop with the petty stupid comments. A lot of people have lost a lot of money here and they don’t need pathetic false statements banded around!

This RNS brings with it more questions than answers.

At least it brings clarity of an AGM in early October. Phil Monk is no surprise after 30 months of nothing. Although is he leaving before he was pushed or going because he needs to do something with his final career years. Maybe reducing staff because of cost. SS states he’s excited by the BOD changes. What an odd statement to make! I have to many questions …..

Doc D - I would also like to know more about the Porton Down tests. Just another example of a company that never lets us in.

I was perplexed by this testing and what was it leading into …. If anything?!

To be fair this was not offensive in light of what happened. I worked alongside Mike lynch at HP during the takeover . I helped integrate autonomy into HP. The whole scenario stinks if you ask me with both the senior bods passing away under strange circumstances. I smell a rat somewhere! Anyway back to Synairgen - I am now twisted between they just cannot get this to market (just bad luck) or are they just spending our hard earned money for the lady 30 months. You all know I have ever supported this company but it does honestly Make you think.

I have since logged a case with the above Government department - Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. I will let you know what I receive back.

Everyone keeps on talking about lights out. But I am sure TFG are not prepared to see their investment dwindle into nothing here surely? I am concerned we never hear from the BOD. I did contact LSE who said they would look into the breach of the AGM. If anything comes of it, who can say!

Their corporate report came out on the 26th July. This ties in nicely with this google search. Although cannot see a trace of synairgen within it.

Synairgen’s directors note that there is interest in the timing of the AGM.

As highlighted in the recent FY results, the Synairgen team has been working hard on the design for a trial in mechanically ventilated patients, as well as establishing an associated financing plan. The timing of the AGM will be announced via an RNS and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Funny enough these chairman’s comments had me perplexed.

I wondered if these were written for something bigger and was kept in by accident? Or the something bigger is yet to be ?

Finally the accounts are submitted with companies house.

Funny enough I was looking at this. I see a trend of the accounts being posted near or around July 6th. So let’s see.
