Sure it can but it's a wait and se at the moe.......plenty of big will pile in when those moving averages eventually hit the bullish phase but that will require a return to growth first to lift the price.......though again no gurantee

Exactly Lodan and if growth does not return like before then its sky high valuation alas may never come back......people think its dropped 80-90% so has to bounce back to pre all time highs......NO GURANTEE !!!!
