That is the message I'm getting from reading the more experienced/logical holders here, like Mac and Ian etc, the reason why the sp is irrelevant is that the bidders arnt even looking at the current sp, they are looking at the assets are for sale and what those assets will be worth for many years to come?
So if for example the sp here is in the 30-50p range that isn't necessarily an indication of what the bids will be as they could still come in in the £1/ £2 + range?
Have I interpreted the above correctly, never been involved in a T/O with this type of company with multiple bidders so I accept that I may not be seeing everything correctly. Thanks
