Could open at 0.30-0.50 range or of course could open 0.15, hopefully will be a solid first week either way and the sp can finish anywhere from 0.20-1p depending on demand obviously.
The vote is meant to be today?
0.50-1p would be decent. Let’s see.
Obviously hope it’s more in the 0.30-0.50 + range but who knows, not long to wait until we know anyway at least! Could be a poor return or could be a few bags, that’s the chance you take when it comes to an RTO!
Only 9 days to go until trading recommences at least
We will know on 4th April
All ready for trading at 8am on 11th April!
Hopefully that is the case, if so then there needs to be an RNS tomorrow, Thursday or latest Friday.
Going by GCG’s own timescale of completion this quarter should mean at the worst an update first week in April giving an estimate on how much longer it will be, that’s what I think should happen
He also stated that they didn’t need to raise as much as they initially thought they would which is a positive for SH and apparently the difference between Q4 last year and Q1 this year with regards to investor confidence and interest is “night and day” so obviously market conditions/sentiment must have been very poor towards the end of last year but apparently improved dramatically since the beginning of this year.
I have viewed the video of the call so it’s not like it’s been relayed to me by a 3rd party or anything like that, my contact says he will let me know of any further such investor contact from Bolt so I will relay it here if and when that happens, can’t give out the link to the video unfortunately as I promised him I wouldn’t share it, it was a 2 hour call where the first 36 minutes were in relation to the RTO progress, having viewed it it certainly has allayed my fears of this RTO not completing.
Bolt told their investors in a recent investor’s presentation that the hold up is due to the FCA wanting parts of the prospectus changed slightly so they have been going back and forth on that but they stated that this should be “the 2nd from last time” that it will need to be amended at which point the FCA will sign it off once and for all, Jamal concluded the call by stating “listing expected in April all being well, the finish line is now in sight”
The first crypto to list on the LSE, it being a main market listing at that, is a big deal irrespective if some of the BOD are crooks, it should see nice initial returns for pre suspension holders I believe, unless the dilution is too brutal but the BOD hold plenty of shares themselves so would make no sense for them to dilute themselves.
Hope you’re right, next week would be most appreciated for prospectus release
Prospectus public within next 2 weeks you think?
So won’t know the opening price until 8am on the 11th April, hopefully in the 0.30-0.50 + range, not long to find out although it feels like ages away!
I see, So sp could open significantly higher than the 0.18 it closed at or could open as much as 40% lower than the 0.18 pre suspension price, that won’t be revealed until 8am on 11th April?
I see, so sp opens at 1.1p if holding from 0.18 range but sp could be sold down or move up significantly either way post 8am on 11th April.
Why will the sp necessarily open at 0.11? I understand that the raise was at that price but it doesn’t always following that that is where the sp opens does it?
So buyers just prior to suspension should start off with a decent profit then if they paid 0.18 and the sp opens at 1.1p say
