To be fair these days sometimes it's irrelevant how many shares in issue or Mcap, sometimes it's just simply sentiment taking over, can you name a company that has had as much excitement/exposure surrounding it across multiple social media platforms day after day and has huge buying pressure day after day? you see, you're judging things in the old way before the emergence of reddit etc, obviously the company has to produce positive news flow though, if they do that then I think you will be surprised at how far the sp could go up here over the coming weeks and months.

That's reassuring, I initially thought that it seemed a bit over the top for a potential sp but I guess the potential here really is that great!

Although I'm not sure if it being a bank holiday the next day makes it more likely that they would hold off until the next possible trading day.

To be fair it's not exactly inconceivable that there has been a little leak from the site but then again these type of situations are ripe for these type of rumours, sometimes they are accurate and sometimes not, obviously I'm hoping it is true but can't relax until it is stated officially by the company.

Sounds promising that £1/£2 type sp could in fact been seen here then at some point if the US herd really get behind 88 then pretty much any sp is possible in the short/medium term here.

I wonder what the chances of success at this point are bearing in mind the last update which was extremely positive, would lik to think it's 80/20 or 70/30 in our favour of the oil being shown to be the requisite standard to be deemed commercial, not sure if it can even be quantified in the sense of 60/40 70/30 etc

So when it states "The company said March 31 that wireline logging is underway with preliminary results expected April 3-4."

is this why some are expecting the next update possibly tomorrow? the thing is are the rules that as soon as the company is in receipt of the results that they are duty bound to release the results to the market on that day straight away even if its a weekend? I would presume that it's more likely they are allowed to wait until the next trading day but I don't know so hoping that someone more knowledgeable in this area could clarify. Thanks

I'd like to think that if news is positive then we could see the sp close Tuesday in the 8-10p range, I'm really more interested on where the sp could be come close on Friday next week! hopefully on the back of the OTC really getting out of hand we could be in the 15-25p range by close Friday!

Well if the sp were to hit $1 in the states then that would currently equate to an sp of 72p here, would settle for that, presumably there would have to be a T/O to see that sort of sp but then again, who knows, we could get there just on sentiment in the US post a successful drill as they seem to be losing their minds over there right now with regards to getting hold of as many shares as they can! sometimes with certain stocks logic goes out of the window at a certain point and so many jump on board not wanting to miss out on the perceived growth that they don't want to miss out on and before you know it the sp has hit $1/72p and you're in a daze wondering how did that happen in such a relatively short period of time!

in the states in 88E it's starting to feel like a self for filling prophecy that the sp will move to $1 at some point soon! I've genuinely never seen so much interest in a particular stock!

to figure out when the next update will be issued, many on stockwits seem convinced that it will be today or tomorrow and others on there seem equally convinced that it won't be until Mn/Tues, the one thing I am certain of is if it did come tomorrow and it isn't positive then it will be the most miserable bank holiday Monday holders here will have if we have to watch a large decrease on the OTC on Monday then knowing that we will be in for the same on Tuesday... on the other hand if the update is very positive and we see a huge increase on the back of that on Monday stateside then we will be feeling pretty dam positive! lets just pray for that outcome! to be fair all the indicators look very positive but until officially announced it's difficult to think about anything else or relax!!

true but reading it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside! LOL, so just thought, meh, might as well put it on here so posters who are genuinely invested and anxious that the sp goes to the 50p + region that many seem to think is very possible can get a bit of the same feeling, why not, false hope is better than no hope in my experience.
