This currant BOD are toast anyway, the general consensus is that there will be a new BOD installed post July 5th.

rules in favour of shareholders tomorrow (or latest Wednesday) then is it expected that the current BOD will resigned straight away via RNS as obviously their positions will then be untenable, I'm presuming they won't want to hang on until the 30th or 5th to be officially removed? although you never know with this current BOD do you!

Yes, all seems on track, not sure why the sp isn't 2-3p + yet though! that should come either way though in the coming days you would imagine, is it even worth the current BOD turning up the next two days after the mauling they have taken today! surely they must see that the writing is on the wall for them! ?

So far! MM's have widened the spread to try and keep buying down but people still want these shares it seems!

Indeed, it is very rare for a CEO to state the company’s MC target! Shows extreme confidence you have to say, he feels 25p sp is possible so presumably knows there is plenty of positive news coming!

NO death spiral funding here - ABO the loan note issuers have demonstrated that out of their last 5 investments 4 have increased in value and 1 is parity. These guys do not rinse shares to the bottom! All this to be confirmed on the Sunday Roast with Dart and Gazzard!

looking forward to Sundays Roast with Gazzard & Dart who are going to be laying out in detail the terms of this deal. Dart's insistent this is the road to £100mcap so if what he says resonates with investors good luck getting in Mon at these prices its now or pay a premium!
