I have and it seems that the 40/50/60p + range is now back in play at some point after todays update!

seems to be that a new year high should be seen on the back of todays update so hopefully 33p + potential moving forward short term here, as always time will tell!

"SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd rose from the depths this week as circumstances around its major shareholder, the GFK Alliance, took a turn for the better.

In May, the sustainable energy generation company revealed that the administrators had been appointed over all of the shares of its 43 pc shareholder SIMEC UK Energy Holdings (SUEH), which is based in the British Virgin Islands.

The GFG Alliance, of which SUEH is a member, informed the AIM-listed company this week that the receiver's appointment has ceased, the receivers have resigned as directors of SUEH and the GFG Alliance is back in control of the SIMEC Atlantis shares.

Shares in SIMEC Atlantis were up 55 per cent this week as the company looked forward to “a more stable relationship with its major shareholder”."

Looking very good here now, many seem to be thinking that the 20-40p range is now inevitable short term, lets see, hope they are right!

Presumably the sp should go to a new year high very quickly on the back of tonight's revelations!

Surely the confirmation of the farm out should see the sp beyond 1p or at the very least a new year high?

Was it actually worth the cost of putting out the RNS? Couldn’t they have communicated in a different way? Or included the info in the RNS this morning?

What sort of buy out price could be on the table bearing in mind the huge assets? 20/30/40/50p + ? or not as high as that?

Surely will be something significant or substantial? otherwise why incur the costs of putting out an RNS?
