That’s a fair point but I can’t see anyone tabling a derisory offer, no point is there as they know that the BOD understand the true value of the assets so the bidding war should start high!

SH have to vote it through, the BOD will give their recommendation on whether they think it is an acceptable offer or not but in the end SH can still vote in favour even if the BOD recommends not too. I’m sure if the offer is enough multiples of the current MC then the BOD and SH will accept but then that begs the question what price per share is acceptable to shareholders?

Indeed, it’s unfortunate that there are now so many more shares in issue since the 30p days, no matter, everything does finally seem to be coming together now though, been a long wait for the long awaited multiple pence here but fingers crossed it’s not too far away at all now! GLA

I think the fact that the average daily volume over the last 3 months has been 66 thousand and all of a sudden Friday it jumped to 13.5 million suggests something leaked, will presumably find out in the company days what did leak out ahead of time.

How do you know he is in talks with potential bidders this weekend?

Nobody in these BB’s can influence an sp up or down ,it’s just a forum to shares theory’s and speculate what may or may not be happening in relation to a sp or company, really no need to make out it’s something that it’s not.
