S, en passant Mr. Market may well think silver will tank in the coming depression but later this decade it will be seriously in demand. And no, that doesn't help Peruvian politics.

Am I missing something? Is this crazy under-priced? Div 9% on 30% payout? RoE 27%? PB 1.15? Or is that just BS on yahoo ?

Further thoughts: +ve: general negativity in markets over rest of this year might bring even better buying ops for this. The negativity arises from issues that don't really affect HGEN: earnings worries, recession, etc.. But HGEN might well just go down anyway. -ve: The SP rapidly dropped 9% from the recent IPO price; that makes offerings in the immediate future trickier/infeasible. Still, they got 20m cash for their pipeline.

Their latest update shows they've been pretty busy. Hopefully another one comes soon and we'll see more. @Disc2NAV -2% and Disc 2 latest IPO -9% it looks attractive. Hmm. maybe a little punt.

Today's ToryGraff pumped JLEN.L! Aarg! Now I'll have to sell. After a 20+% cap-gain run-up and a couple years juicy divs, I wanted to hold this until I croak. But the curse of the Questor cannot be escaped: "Buy hi sell lo, always be the last to know".

Can someone illuminate? Their ER isn't much help. A transcript of the AGM might be handy, but I don't see it on their website. Maybe I'm missing something?

Nah the ER says mid-7s. Still, wodda bargin, Disc2NAV -7% end-Jun 2022. All coz Ukraine has spooked everyone.

A few months ago there was negative chat about CSH.L + SOHO.L, but I cannot retrieve the details from anywhere. It had something to do with the general bad vibe + paranoia arising from the cladding issues, and Grenfell saga, litigation, liability impact and such sagas. I understood at that time that these sagas made both shares go south 20% or so. Does anyone know about this? Some links?

What do you think about their debt load? Yahoo puts it at 62B GBP (y I will look at the ER again, I know, lazy me). Whatever, it is high. What does the profile look like? I know that big debt on the B/S is normal in insurance, but obviously with rates going up there's an issue of reducing NAV especially when roll-overs happen. Opinions gratefully taken.

Heh sure! You get nearly twice as much of it for your $ now as you did about 10 months ago! Of course, exactly what it is you're getting is not obvious.
