@Jakman59. I have to concur, TL's missives are a pleasure to read, and recently I have found myself reading them with the voice of Hilary Benn echoing in my mind. ;-)

@Matml74. I realise the nhs are ridiculously overstretched at the moment.
But it would've been nice to reinstate the copd ph2 trial to coincide with the covid ph3 trial for an epic rns on 2 sets of results.
That would make an impression the public would take notice of..

Paul Sample. Yeah used to read Bike mag avidly. Great cartoonist , always so much to see in each frame, especially the little animals/ insects etc. I got 1 of his books.

Over the years I've seen the neighbourhood around me slowly decimated of large trees. When houses get sold the first thing people do is redecorate the house that's just been decorated to sell it and the start on the garden. 100years to grow and down in 100mins. Ooh let's let some light in or make it easier to cut the grass with a ride on mower. I just plant more trees. ;-) ?????

I love trees and birds. My garden is a 300ft long jungle with a few trees, (25). Foxes have the bottom half, which make have 3 chickens and 3 rabbits and a cat running free in the half near the house " interesting" to say the least.

Countryfile on now, about greening up the countryside. :-)

And the 90% group were all under 55s so not representative of our ageing population. Which is why the USA is redoing it.

I don't think many swedes will be taking up the vaccine.
