I'm no expert - but, yes, that would be my reading & imv the convertible at face value is more attractive than ordinary shares at 55p because of seniority, liquidity and running yield (but this is really arcane hedgy stuff that's out of my league/pay-bracket!!) V strange trading today - overwhelming buys but no sp movement. I love this mysterious game!
