yep tangible NAV for property related companies (cf my Jolly posts on INL lol) or hold cos/investment trusts (for example)

is fine for growth companies or FTSE100 companies with huge barriers (so priced off bond yields) ...all amateur view of course ...

it seems...with growth potential and modest forward looking EV/EBIT (in 7-9 range by Jolly's estimate if EBIT is £1.2-1.5m next year), sp resilience against profit taking makes some sense ...aaoo/dyor

I would calculate net cash of c£0.5m (and then ignore as insignificant) ...the trade payables is not traditionally taken as a debt (if you included it you would have to include receivables)..payables, receivables, inventory are grouped as working capital and not included in EV calc imv ...so at moment we have an EV of c£13m at sp of 33-35p.. ...and a run rate EV of perhaps £2-2.5m ...giving a v low EV/EBIT of c5-6.5 ...if the turnaround is confirmed by interims, there is still plenty of re-rate potential here as EBIT and EV/EBIT both grow imv ...10*£3m anyone?.. sp over 70p lol ...sweet dreams (hope you invested here!) ...no advice intended of course folks ..aaoo/dyor
