2 December 2013 Croma Security Solutions Group plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was notified today that Mr Nicholas Hewson, a Director of the Company, purchased 18,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.5 pence each on 2 December 2013. Following this transaction, Mr Hewson is interested in 189,815 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.

@3.31...not a lot of appetite to flip, it seems (why would you given enormous discount plus sp chart suggesting not fully independent sp..ie when it goes in a direction it often continues?...But history is bunk lol) ...this really motors imv.so I wouldn't be surprised by lurch up ...no advice intended

...so rationale for holding here further diminished imv

that sounds about right to me.. ...my strategy is nice from a risk adverse PoV...but of course risks losing potential upside from teens

& Investec positive it seems ..fwiw, their combined next year forecast PE is less than 7 (and then there is all that cash backing as well)...according to data from Barclays Stockbrokers ...I haven't seen the detailed reports...but the limited info I have seen makes NTQ look Jolly tasty ...no advice intended

what is your reading of non execs departure? ...I am waiting for full blooded option pricing sub 10p (the enormous uncertainty/lack of visibility seems to warrant v significant margin of error) ...no advice intended

I'd be surprised if reclassification had much of an effect here.. ...will post (likely "weak buy" opinion) when sell down a bit...12-14p sounds reasonable imv ...btw interested to read what Share Mag said about TSTL..

well...difficult one to call imv ...HGI sufficiently interested to take advantage of "insiders" (not sure they were formally...as in had access to non public price sensitive info?) wanting to exit enough that they accepted pretty low price ...do you think it negative because the "insiders" wanted to sell at low price ...or positive that HGI wanted to enter...albeit at low price? ...for me the price is the key indicator...the lower, the worse ...but that's just me being Jolly cynical ...aaoo/atb

but SLN has fallen away..so discount more modest...30% to TNW?? ...still Jolly good mind

from interims: Operating cash flows before movement in working capital 1,211 ..minus Net cash used in investing activities (1,073) so Jolly adjusted run rate free cashlow of 2*£150k...so trading on multiple of nearly 100!! ...the intangibles keep on mounting up ...so this a Jolly high hope (in growth) share ..aaoo/no advice intended/do your own calcs

The stake was acquired on 25 November at a price of 1.584p per share ...so HGI getting much better entry than PIs

still Jolly tasty imv ...assuming EBIT 10-20% higher in 2H: 2*£1.6-1.7m of EBIT plays £(25-2)m EV ...so pretty similar ratio to my back of fag packet calc less than a month ago when the sp was a little over 6p lol ...pls check the calcs/dyor/no advice intended
