RW, my gut feel is there is a huge cultural difference in PoV...that Indian businesses and investors are more relaxed about precarious finances...but it is only a gut feel ...I'd love to be able to sell DQE India/ buy DQE just as an experiment...what could go wrong??

weeding = sell some/most whatever your paper position (usually loss, of course) if it isn't panning out as you expect...I don't care about de minimis dealing costs...or costs of missing out (there are always plenty of buses/opportunities) ...I am looking to get to free carry on many of my position fairly smartish...but not for true core holdings like rbn (just bought more...and more)...and happy to buy back in from free carry (but that's not weeding)
