yes...at a time of increasing nerves among PIs ...the company might be doing the right thing, and executing well...but the sp may still drift (hollow lol)

yes/no lol ...cheap cos it is an Israeli sub and I am concerned about minority protection (look at blz/bsd and weep) ...chinese/israeli (and loads more non EU/US) companies need huge discount imv for the risks run as dumb money

so little visibility on eventual profitability...therefore (imv) with such huge risks (in particular of continuing dilution), the sp needs to be v low to justify a punt ...these companies might have been better served by VC/private ownership...not least to keep the management team on the straight and narrow
