but what on the ground dd have you done? ...Not expecting you to have done any ..and there is the rub ...after the chinese horrors and now gbo, how can distant PIs take anything...incl audited figures...at face value?? ...listed companies shd imv allow random forensic investigation that goes way beyond what seems to me (a non auditor) to be the standard legitimate but inadequate scope of audits atm (perhaps an auditor could put me straight on this and then explain what GT did on GBO's accounts) ...auditors seem to take what directors give them...rather than coming at it as sceptical outsiders looking to see whether what directors put to them is false

true...and probably a legit company unlike the chinese horrors ...just need much more margin of safety...which here means visibility on cash profitability ...at current burn rate, they'll probably otherwise need a placing, no??

but I particularly like the minority investment here by the PE house ...not cheap enough here to justify big punt imv ...esp in these days of extreme wariness post Chinese horrors and now the Greek fiasco of GBO ...(again imv the wise shd be extremely wary of all AIMsters now that the normal/perfectly legit audits are looking increasingly likely to have been miserably inadequate to identify seemingly enormous "problems"...esp foreign AIMster which we cannot visit and readily kick tyres)

is the lack of clarity around debt servicing/covenants in the medium (1-2 yr) ...are they crossing their fingers and praying for ST recovery in their O&G business/markets??? ...I reckon Brent may be heading for 30-35 in 2016, so this is an avoid imv
