the lack of visibility on earnings (and metrics) is a little off-putting, plus a (lack of) a more matured understanding of REAT's USP (and how protected its margins are; how competitive is its market; how good/experienced is the management team)

DLG isn't immune & the global markets (following the USA) look horribly close to a cliff edge

who knows how the US market'll trade over the illiquid summer, but come September/October there has to be a decent chance of a sell off, esp as Wall St money/firms realise the Dems are coming for them to rebalance Wall/Main Streets

The risk/reward looks horribly skewed: possible to see it up another 10-15%, but it could fall a lot more?

yep, more than a decade of holding & trading here...once held 100k++...not just 20k +/-

I started with a v different -defensive - perspective (it was a net net back then),
but now it seems the market has been v slow to accord it the rating it deserves (imnvho)
