Haven't jumbled anything together ( it's called connecting the dots) You might think it's jumbled, however a company is a miriad of different facets. I actually do believe that you have information on certain aspects which is not readily available to the average PI. You have not answered about what it is that you think happened in relation to the delayed financial statements which were put as an alleged delay in the audit. (Infact that you attack people who dont agree with the picture you paint, reinforces my suspicions you are well and truly connected, your "famous" spreadsheet got a special mention too on proactive, I think) I know that no right minded auditor will cause a delay unless they have information delays from management; matters of material concern to provide a true and fair view; Going concern and or liquidity issues. But to term it is a basic delay in audit was a brush off imo as it was triggered in my opinion by undue delays from management. We all know how slack the BoD is in reporting. Clearly one can see the balance sheet was extremely weak but why given the fcf that was being touted. Clearly not due to weakened prices at the time. There's been facilitation of dividends as imo "Sweetners". Cap it off NOI been consistently been cut from the point of even higher commodity price points, no mention of significant wells, production was bound to increase initally from where I3E was but has not signifcantly grown since. Yet we were led to believe about quick payback periods even in low price environment. Then cut dividend 50%, switch to quarterly and sudden need for funding to cover loans that were known to need servicing and then throw in hey we might be using the funds to acquire assets. Hey what happened to the assets which was said to keep us so busy and we may not need acquistions anytime soon.More here than meets the eye. Gonna stop myself. You cant plug all this into a spreadsheet can you. Maybe naive management of assets.. btw how the heck do you decide to finance when interest have shot up and not thought about it when they were low?
