Wildboar, good to know. In addition have a look at how to value bitcoin holding companies. It's pretty arkward but there is an overarching basis and the value of such companies is at a far higher multiple than traditional companies. We should add more to our bitcoin treasury but also conaider other key cryptos such as Ethereum.

Wildboar, the deal is worth more than $1.9m effective being referred to. We need to factor in costs of exploration which will run into a good few millions and also adjust for our share of the market cap of FAU. Which as things stand today at 18% would be $3.6m ish. A net return of $5.5m plus exploration cost saving which just for 2025 will be around $1.5m.

Our 18% will get diluted but the market cap of FAU will probably rise too. They have some strong assets apart from Nimba.

Plus BoD can focus on other assets and opportunities whilst FAU do the legwork. Imo, not too shabby a deal as being

protrayed.
