Agree danbrown,especially the part on maybe a draft agreement bit like some others have posted, why wait 11 days to question LEK? I'm guessing they may have backed out, however RNS says purporting to be fromQIA?

Why would QIA approach, Lek? If they were not party to the transaction, why bother at all & how would they come across LEK at if they were not aware of any finance arrangement? Could it be they backed out?

Sadly, I think this will go sub 3p on open, unless the BoD takes action to replace the non existent finance. Personally I'll be making a complain to FCA, as alot of people invested on the back of the finance RNS. They can't hide behind words such as 'purported'. Pretty damning for the board Imo.
