Agree Jdo, the balance is shifting, inaddition uptrend still in play. Last week we had pretty strong consolidation and support held up really well. Zak mir also postive on the ORR chart with 2p target, however with news due anytime imo on 8 licences in central cameroon. 2p will blown out of the water. I REPEAT 8 LICENCES over 3500km2 of accreage in a highly prospective area. Application made 8 Ocotober 20. So due anytime!

Investor81, well said. There are no negatives in today's RNS. Breaking it down:
1/ More warrants exercised, yes more shares but more money in, Directors will HOLD THEIR SHARES.
2/ More skin in the game for directors
3/ RNS clearly states that company is fully funded for all operatioms
4/ There is clarity that the warrants are being exercised to clear the decks as part of an accelerator programme.
5/ The number of warrants in issue is clear, so will be exercised at some point and this is known to the market! Will bring in more funds to the company.

My opinion it translates to more strong news inbound, otherwise you would not be getting a host of warrants RNS' and there is clear reference to an accelerator programme.

Excellent news, more money in, NO PLACING. Funded to progress all projects. New licence awards to land anytime.

The Directors intend to hold the shares that they are acquiring through this exercise.

"The Company is fully funded for its current exploration programme in Cameroon and our partners are funding our other ongoing exploration programmes."

The Company is also awaiting the approval of eight new licences in central Cameroon, which cover a contiguous land package of c.3,500 km2 within highly prospective terrane for gold mineralisation (announcement dated 8 October 2020).

If you look at GGP, newcrest have a 70% earn in on Havieron. Look at GGP market cap/sp and their other resources. Compare our market cap and other resources too. Dont get me wrong GGP is an excellent company with strong resources, however our value is oustanding given all of the projects we have :)

This is the earn-in option:
In March 2018 the Company signed an option earn-in agreement with a subsidiary of IAMGOLD under which IAMGOLD can earn into 51% of the Senala project by spending US$4m over four years and a further 19% (total 70%) by spending an additional US$4m over a subsequent two years. To date IAMGOLD has spent a total of c.US$1.5 million and must spend a further US$1 million during Year 3 to keep the option in good standing.

Hi PeterS, you're correct in your understanding. However you have to bear in mind that this was agreed at a very early stage with a company that has top notch knowledge of the area and technical structural and drilling expertise in the area. So whilst it reperesents a high portion of the earn in, ORR would have to raise a tonne of funds to get to this stage and probably via placings. Our portion will still giving us a very good percentage of potential high value discovery at minimal cost. Still reperesents a pretty good return on the original licence.

Lol MrP, that info was obtained from ORR, however could well be that the major resource discoveries have been upgraded as you've identified. The bigger the resources we're surrounded with the better for us. :)

Mickey, POG is predicted to continue the bullrun. Macroeconomic environment issues, including zero to negative interest rates, governments building gold reserves, currencies getting battered, will need more than just printing dollars. Best place to hold is in gold and gold miners, appreciate we're at exploration stage, however very strong indicators are there to point to a big discovery and in more than one project sites. Can sense and join in everyone's excitement on this BB. Like JDough said before, looking forward to next week and then some. Closer to rich news flow periods here. Appears to be a fiar few interested PI's contemplating getting in. However as they wait the sp could push up and this gem can move pretty fast! LET'S GO!!

Leathal, don't worry about the immediate term Sp, always worth keeping an eye on, hoewever my focus here is the longer term. This will likely eclipse recent hot gold stocks and has the potential to become a legendary stock on aim. However we need the drill results and watch the multiple projects develop. Think I need to top up some here. 1.5p should be breached and think it will settle at 2p range in the coming weeks all things being equal. Think more warrants will be exercised to put the brakes on. Sp will do what it will based on how many more are excerised. However will add more funds to the kitty. Becoming more comfortable holding here day by day :)
