I have learnt from many years that the board cannot be trusted. I think the divvy is just a red herring. A distraction. If staff want to get more aligned c us.... they can buy shares. I have never had a job that pays me a wage or salary where my boss wanted to give me a share in the company for free or subsidised to encourage me to work harder. This is pure nonsense.
