So many typos I can’t quite catch what ur saying lol
I hope we at least see 23/24 p. As much as I’m pleased to see contract signed, I was hoping for a little bit more of a rise on the sp tbh
If it went to £12 the money would be no use to me anyway. Shock of it would put me in my box lol
Somone needs to dispatch that nice lady Mary to the port to investigate lol…..I’m sure she said she lives nearby lol
Isn’t it just. The ‘noise’ was putting me off reading, never mind joining in.
I was just thinking the same thing re: Sunak’s speech etc. It’s pretty much at the point that there is political capital at stake here now, esp with Northern Ireland, so I would be flabbergasted if this didn’t make it over the line……still, stranger things have happened I suppose
I’ve just topped up again. Feel like I’m throwing caution to the wind at this point lol…..however, I can’t see a share with better prospects around, so in for a Penny and all that
Agree with point 10 Stokey….indeed Vox podcast we’re talking about just that when I was listening last night….that the upgrade in facilities and staff skills etc will make H&W a global player and able to bid for many more big contracts etc
I flabbergasted this is still dropping…..I mean, I’m not green enough to expect it to rocket up to two quid, but you’d have thought we’d have managed a couple of pence!
Just wondering…..what caused the price to spike up to £1.70 back in 2019? I know it’s not especially relevant, but I was just curious :)
I can’t be bothered to get my knickers in a knot with this. I think this share seems to be a better bet than most, and come next year anyone holding will be happy they’ve bought ;))
Nearer seven than six lol. I swear some posters are actually shorters thinking we’re stupid enough to fall for scare tactics lol.
Pleased I disposed of my shares on this first thing this morning!
49p…..but I’ve only bought a handful just for a tiny punt fortunately.
I’m hearing huge interest…upwards of 50 potential buyers…
I expect administration will be confirmed this afternoon.
I wouldn’t be surprised if finance from Tom plus other investor was released as rns first (will have to be before nov 30th) which will see a small spike in price, and then cva news released at later date…probably followed by a drop again lol.
Thanks so much for taking the time Batty….that’s the info I was looking for. No way Tom is letting this tank, and more news is imminent……..I just needed to know about cva effects to be fully confident in putting my money where my mouth is lol
Thank you……I get that if company goes into liquidation all will be lost, however, isn’t a cva slightly different?
What i think is going to happen is this: there will at least be a bridging loan from Tom to cover November 30th repayments and allow turnaround work to continue. There may also be an equity raise and some investment coming in…….however a cva may also be needed to help exit unprofitable stores etc. The long term result will be a return to profit in the long term.
So what I really want to know (if indeed there is a definitive answer) is does a cva automatically wipe out shareholders, or does share trading continue through the process?
Any info would be great as I’d really like to understand the effects of cva (as opposed to insolvency/liquidation) :)
Firstly, so sorry this is off topic (I do hold Asos shares though lol) , but I’m a quite new to this and there seem to be some savvy people on here, so I was hoping someone might be able to advise……
My question is: If a company enters a cva, what happens to the shareholders? Are they wiped out and does company have to delist etc?
Sorry again for interrupting the thread……but Google is not answering my question clearly at all lol
