I sold - just by pure luck - at 170 and re-entered with an average of 115 but then sold again at 122", BUT the SFO investigation has been going on for couple of years now so why weren't you worried about SFO in December '20 when you bought?
What's the thing with your 'lawyer friend', and what's he got to do with anything?
How have PFC not been transparent?, and how do you suggest they do that with the SFO?

I have looked at buying Ganfeng, however not so easy to find platform listing it. Perhaps a phone call with special request might do it?
The Global x lithium etf listed on nyse does have a good holding in Ganfeng, but again difficult to find platform ilsting this etf
in the absence of that topped up here with another £15k yesterday and placed a limit order today for another £5k

I WILL agree with you on one thing though and that is that the problem lies mainly with regulation, and that leaves a lot to be desired!

I think it is WHOLLY about ownership. What else can you sell without first owning it?
if I was a close friend of yours and let's say, for want of argument, you lent me your car for something I urgently needed to do, and I then sold it - what would be your reaction? Surely it would be " What the f.... it wasn't yours to sell, it was mine. You may of course expect to be re-imbursed but that's not the point - it was not His/Hers to sell!

Not sure it's quite the same thing Poker - if you borrow money you then OWN it. Just because you've borrowed it doesn't mean you don't own it. HOWEVER, If you borrow shares you don't actually OWN them. You're selling something that is not yours to sell!
I don't know of anything else that you can borrow, not own , and then legitamately sell .
