Thanks I did hear on the presentation another member of the board being introduced.
I’ve just ordered some pans and booked a week in Snowdonia lol.

George Frangeskides, Executive Chairman (Aug '70)
Mr Frangeskides has a broad range of experience gained from over 25 years in the legal and corporate advisory sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is Executive Director at Berwick Capital, a corporate advisory firm which for the past 10 years has advised ASX, AIM-listed and private companies on projects and transactions in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Prior to establishing Berwick Capital, Mr Frangeskides practised as a lawyer focusing on corporate finance, commercial and capital market transactions.

With his experience in mergers and acquisitions, Mr Frangeskides leads all corporate negotiations for the Company. He has an extensive network of contacts across the mineral exploration and investment sectors in the UK, Asia-Pacific, North America, Middle East and Far East regions, giving the Company wide exposure to both investors and potential investments.

A confident communicator, Mr Frangeskides regularly makes presentations about the Company and projects to the media and to shareholders.

Michael Nott, Non-Executive Director (Sept '48)
Mr Nott is a geologist and mining engineer by profession and has 40 years’ experience in the oil & gas, mining, minerals and quarrying industries. His early career was based in Zambia, including nine years with Roan Consolidated Mines Limited. He was a regional manager for Pioneer Aggregates (UK) Limited, then an Australian company, and later a director of Jay Minerals Services Limited and Hills Aggregates Limited, becoming trading director of ARC (Southern) Limited and production director of C. White Limited.

Mr Nott is currently a non-executive director of Red Rock Resources plc (LON:RRR). Extremely knowledgeable, he draws on his extensive experience of both the mining industry and the corporate world to offer pragmatic advice to the Company.

Manuel Lamboley, Non-Executive Director (Nov '64)
Mr Lamboley is a financier with over 30 years' experience in international broking and investment banking. Mr Lamboley previously served as Head of the Geneva office of Williams de Bröe, as well as holding senior positions at Bank Julius Bär, Kidder Peabody, Paine Webber International and Prudential-Bache Securities.

Mr Lamboley has previously been a non-executive director of several listed companies in the mining and energy sectors, including International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation Plc, and was also previously an independent director of UK-based African Aura Resources Limited.

Mr Lamboley has extensive knowledge of the investment banking industry and long-standing relationships with major investors and financial advisers worldwide, with a particular focus on the natural resources sector. Mr Lamboley holds Swiss citizenship.

Sarah Potter, Head of Finance & Administration

Ms Potter is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in industry, including with Jaguar Land Rover, CBRE and Anglo American (Tarmac).

I know I’ve been in GGP since 2017 took too much profit bought a kuga and a caravan selling a chunk at 12p but also sold loads at 2p.
I’m glad I’m in both camps I have done my due diligence but Sxx has proven that nothing is to be taken for granted.
The post related to this highlights the potential.
The biggest factors to consider are the people at the helm research look at there previous companies and what experience they have.
Invest In the people that can prove there credibility.
It’s taken me 20 years to work that out.
Obviously Chris Frazer the exception .
I like the look of the board here the fundamentals are sound .

Markets jittery today covid fears I can’t see our holdings on the gdx site today maybe an old link.
Gold the safe haven bought nor Alba and Thor and topped up my GGP .
Still buying monthly through my Sipp.
Just cancelled my JP Morgan emerging markets monthly buy no 450 pounds heading this way too.
Looks like banks and airlines taking a pounding.

Looks like the markets are jittery due to second wave in the pandemic.
The placing was already published to happen.
Great news that they are moving the project through.

Over 5 years ago I followed a recommendation for the best share ever GGP

Lost on trading at leverage a few times daily interest to pay as well.
Only good gamble was NVDA so keeping away from that type of gambling.

One thing for sure GGP will go up Monday it closed 21.50 on Hargreaves.
That’s the price that I thought was the closing price bought more.
So after buying from .04 I’m happy still to buy more.
My opinion will be bouncing around but will be more like 30p.

I’ve just listened to the you tube presentation they have experienced people in place and the infrastructure.
With welsh hold at a premium and the exciting exploration of the vast resources of Greenland I’m glad to be on board.

There didn’t seem to be enough shares sold to fill the order so the PIs getting nervous didn’t seem to contribute to the games played.
I sold loads at 2 p and at 12 p as profits are profits still gutted though The impact from Sxx has made me more cautious

Are they on the Australian market I’ve bought into Thor as involved in the region.

Bought rare earth minerals that were ramped by him massively.
Did see some Stella growth 400% in some days .
I did make a tidy sum but could not sell at the market value about 2p managed to get out at 1.6.
Sadly the Sxx experiences lost me probably 250 k plus as I sold loads at 2p as did not want to lose another pile.
He will ramp shares then move on leaving a lot high and dry.
This is a different ball game I’m still buying monthly to increase my holdings.

Lost 20k but bought from 7p at one time 43k up so a big loss on Sxx .

Aim listed shares exempt from capital gains in an ISA.
I’m just looking at removing 15 from my isa into my Sipp to gain 40% tax relief with Hargreaves.
I know I can get tax relief when selling so I can take a cash pot .
Also contemplating putting into the wife’s pot as she has a very small pension so will not pay tax.
Just another way of increasing my pot.
I’m not sure if aim shares in a Sipp are exempted from capital gains tax.
Did anyone look at the others shares mentioned recently on the tipster list Alba and Thor .
I know it’s not good to post about other share however GGP was mentioned 5 years ago on Sxx .
That helped me make a stake here.

I bought in last week happy with the progress.
Was lucky to have been in Ggp got 5 years not so lucky with Sxx.
It does show that even when you carry out due diligence success is still limited in the stock markets.
A lot of curve balls can be thrown.
Financial crises,wars,pandemics all have collapsed markets.
Thor have a lot of factors in its favour.
Drilling in areas of safe jurisdiction.
Board members experienced in there field.
Exploring for valuable commodities that are growing in value.
Market cap low allowing for growth.
The 69 page interim report very detailed.
Riches abundance near there license.
Hopefully we see our potential soon reflecting in the SP.

I sold another 14 k worth to buy a caravan in lockdown .
I’m still holding a fair chunk but no retirement for me.
I think my expectations were lowered by Sxx buying from 7p to 45p to lose thousands so always take a bit of profit now.
Luckily enough this has more then covered this loss.
I’m holding the rest in my Sipp now until one pound.

I sold my 10 bagger at 2p so gutted.

I’ve got 1800 held in there too also 1500 in infinity energy thank goodness for GGP.
Hopefully they will come out of suspension soon
