All the technology is available so one of the builders should do an experimental site of say 30 or 40 houses.
Your ideas are good.
These houses really would fly off the shelf and at a premium to a normal house price so no money lost by the builder on profit margin.
Each new building estate needs an area left as grass for the kids and some trees aswell. Nowhere near as many Trees / Bushes and plants in peoples gardens as there was in the 1970's, and now people are coving their gardens in patterned concrete / block paving and astroturf, not very good for birds and bees etc.
Co2 absorbution by trees and plants seems so simple, it is natural and works. My friend works for NG and they are working on Carbon Capture now and putting it back in the ground. Sounds more complicated than planting more trees and stopping cutting down the existing ones.
