NT stated at yr end N4 is fully cashed up for 2018 and into 2019.

I may be miles out but quick back of fag packet calcs:

yr end cash 1.3m, add cash raised via warrants this yr (784k) = 2.08mill.

Lasts years r&d and genral admin costs were 725k, meaning on a pro rated basis costs to date of 478k. Trial was approx 450k (correct me if wrong) giving estimated burn of 928k. 2.08m less 0.928m = £1.15m. Even if new trial required in early 2019 you would hope that this would mean no need for a raise this year and that NT would wait until SP at higher levels next year.

Interims are due at end of this month anyway.

None of above takes any external funding (innovate uk's £46k's worth etc) into account.

Surely at 6.8 Mcap this is now priced at total failure of all patents & technologies. Only way is up from these levels IMO give or take a penny or so. The risk / reward for new money coming in looks pretty good. Bring on the next update which must be very close. More details on plan of action for Sild’ reform and then Nuvec updates in Q4 as per previous guidance.

With all the swipes he's taken at you Mazik you've done very well to take the higher ground and not sink to his level.

Dispute needs to be sorted before financing can be completed. Now that we are all accustomed to 'Nigerian time', how long could that take??

Problem is that Art proclaimed in a video last Sept (when drilling was apparently close) that he didn't want to be the boy who cried wolf and at the moment that is all he is, until he proves otherwise.

Good word to sum it up. 50% discount to price of just a few days ago.

1. He strongly implied in 2 recent interviews no placing.
2. The discount is a total pl33 take.
3. Lets hope that it is only happening now as conditions of raising drilling funds is copl have sufficient working capital.... (we suspected the same at the xmas raise but it was bull5hlt) and that art has raised at this point to ensure that he and his buddies can get in nice and low pre news.
4. If he was so confident of raising the 100m within the month or so as he indicated, then why not raise after the funding rns at a premium to todays price?
5. the guy is a total clown, i had given him the benefit of the doubt but he is a plank.
6. This is now in the bottom draw - i just hope that now he's got his working capital it doesn't mean he loses the urgency to get opl226 approved....the whole sorry saga could drag on into 2019.
