Yep upfront payments as well as ongoing royalties on profits. That’s the N4 business model and as per last RNS looks highly probable that Astrazeneca will be the first deal signed....

Yes, as per ccx, funded well into 2019. One would assume after recent collab rns that some sort of licensing deal will be confirmed well before the cash begins to run low. These types of deals usually involve upfront payments so cash not an issue at all here IMO.
