Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Italian assets worth nothing? Not quite.
The regulatory has no impact on coro as they have producing wells, so effectively they become a little more valuable imo.
Confident from 2.30p to 4p? every right to be...
confident from 2.30p to 8p? I understand your pain...
nevertheless not much downside here.
I would expect the finance director to respond.
Obviously he see's a very lucrative opportunity despite the "expensive" funding (which is ambiguous given we don't know the real full potential of this deal)
drills are fully funded and I expect a lively summer ahead.
you must be the fuddu who didn't get into sound sub 15p back in 2016 and prior eh...
don't blame others for your poor choices.
oh, and I'm well in front already with CORO ;)
director buys are one of the biggest confidence they can give without giving anything away!
numpty...
You do realise that there are more costs to an acquisition than just the purchase price right?
you obviously don't understand the Nominal Value of 1p do you?
The company cannot raise anything with SP under it's Nominal value, unless there is a consolidation.
so, no, it's not wishful thinking, it's a fact.
all the back and fro today with comments...
NOMAD TOMORROW!
cash builder per month
Profitable
only a matter of time before 50s will be left behind
hang on,
"management forgot to add extra shares last time" - What shares are you referring to? the one's that were announced post balance sheet date? because you do know that any shares issued after the balance sheet date cannot be taken into consideration right?
you are looking at a saving between $AUD800k to $AUD1m in savings if interest sub 8%.
please update us on the short...
hopefully you will make something back on EQT (which will go sub 1p fyi!)

ADMIN: DO NOT DELETE MY post which state the facts and against claims of 25% share issue. Delete post you should be deleting!
anyway...
IngenieInvestor - I have the resolutions in front of me, point 3
An ordinary resolution to authorise the Directors of the company to allot new shares in the capital of the companyā€¯
This resolution can be found on 95% of all resolutions prior AGMs.
So, where are you getting the 25% from?
Waiting..
go for it....
and don't say it and not follow up..
open the short buddy..
no placing here.... even if it does, will need shareholder approval.
also, I note you invested in BMN.....plank, why invest when the company is now at it's peak.
That is exactly what is happening.
the debt has increased because I was used to fund the SHED and reinvesting in the fixed assets. BUT $8m of their own FCF was reinvested into equipment which was subsequently capitalised.
So debt IS being paid off, on top reinvesting into the company.
"JS - I have a question for you - MRS is Australian, right? So: Are all the other companies waiting for a Nomad Australian?"
you are joking right?
MRS is Australian? no, it has operations in Australia, with a Chairman from Canada. How can a company be 'Australian'?? the company is Australian Based, listed on the AIM Market with UK regulatory, Auditors are based in the UK, Registrars are based in the UK, solicitors based in the UK.
It's official, I cannot communicate with someone thick as two planks like yourself.
have a lovely evening.
(for the record, you still haven't answered my previous question)

you fool.
You see if Greenhills knew anything, he would know the difference between the to exchanges, as you have clearly pointed out.
Why do people companies in the states trade on LSE? why both?
Greenhills, brush up on some knowledge.
