I read today on Facebook - (So it must be true!!)

that if I had invested £5000 in Bitcoin 9 years ago it would now be worth £1million.

that if I had invested £5000 in Amazon 20 or so years ago it would now be worth £1million.

Not sure if that is true... However.... What I am certain about is...

that having invested way more that £5000 in NFX some years ago and continue to hold, these shares are currently worth next to naff all....

Happy New Year long term holders...... Might 2025 be the year.... (TBH, the year I get some of my investment back)

Two days and Two RNS's

Yesterday we were all pleased to read the formal confirmations that the various worldwide patents...

Too long a holder here to get carried away with excitement but welcome news all the same.

Just 24 hours later and today the RNS sees the share price fall back to on or around its 12 month low...

We so need to hear positive news on a good deal.... soon..

Forgive the brutal response... Blame it on being 11pm...

Will this hasten any money coming to NFX??

Can we expect a pay day yet for this product that it still feels that we 'just gave away'....?

Sadly when you get to see the presentation from early this week you will see that any news on 004 is being pushed further back.... Not expecting anything here with 004 in the very near term.

And here is exactly a picture of how this board has become so damaged by the likes of Mulder, Earl, Ria et al...

Uninformed comments from people who bring nothing to the discussion.

The result is that it stops comments like this....

For FXSake... you say that someone has taken a 'punt' with a purchase today in the region of £7...

I'd love there to be some sensible discussion around whether we would call it a punt, a timely investment or an unwise transaction...

I feels that we as LTH's are stopped or we stop ourselves from engaging in discussions exploring with each other where we feel we are at because of those who swamp the board with comments like 'oooh look we are in the top 20 risers therefore we will be millioaires by lunchtime'

I would love more engaging comments with people who I feel have the a genuine desire to see NFX thrive, but maybe my hope is way too simplistic in this crazy world xx

Its a shame that the webinair hasnt created a big discussion amongst us on here...

I guess that the fact that the board has been the playground of too many P&Ders, mischief makers and others, has rather stopped the LTH's from expressing our thoughts.

I watched the presentation on Tuesday evening.

I guess my summary is that I am still very happy to be invested and holding firm here but i may need to hold tight for a little while yet.

Cmon Directors... Just a £70k raise with the good news you tell us why havent you all covered this?
£70k raise and you give 35million shares away = 5% of the business
And you propose to sell these at .2p - some 30% less than where we were at close on Friday....

At the start of each month they (or someone) have offloaded a number of shares ....
Wouldnt read anything into this....
Hopefully the much awaited news due before the end of the year will be with us soon and takes us towards a brighter 2023...

The AGM is an opportunity to enthuse shareholders of the vision of the business.
An opportunity to update shareholders on the present situation and how each product is proceeding.
To answer questions and concerns that shareholders wish to have answered.
An opportunity to create interest and be positive about what we have all invested significantly into...

So, when will we hear some news...?
Was anyone there to give us greater insight or encouragement, whether through something said in the meeting or the informal conversation that was had as you stood side by side a director at the urinals...
Will an interview be forthcoming, a press release, any kind of PR....?
I'm not asking for the world, but at our Annual General Meeting, what was said about our exciting Nuformix and the future...??

Are they selling because thats exactly what they were always going to do at whatever price?
Or...
Do you think they are aware of information that we are not??

Selling at these low prices.... Neutral News? Bad News? or strangely Good News???

Based on previous years the AGM will be in August, with Full Year results being released in July.
Now that we are post Covid restrictions etc... Is anyone thinking that they may attend the AGM?
How do the shareholders get 'heard' at an AGM??
How can we ensure that the information being given are the answers to questions that we want anserwing and not simply being given guarded information and still being kept in the dark about stuff that we should be aware of???
Any sensible thoughts ??

I'm still frustrated at the wording of the RNS last week.
Dexcribing the lead asset as being 'potentially novel' still iritaes my now.
The rest of the RNS is so light on content and leaves us with way more questions than it answers.
And no suitable candidates found despite using a professional company to find us one....
Listen, put a test tube in one of my hands and one of those thin glass syringe like thing with a squidgy bit on the end that squeezes put any liquid and it would be a disaster, but put a microphone in my hand and I come to life.... Give me £1k worth of shares every week on a 6 month basis and I will be the CEO.
Got no experience, no scientific knowledge, but I would bring communications, openess, integrity and hopefully positive sentiment back into these 3 wonderful assets that NFX have created.
Doubt I will get the job but I hope someone soon brings us some exciting news and positive developments...

I was hoping that after the long weekend that we would have had such an update via a Monday morning 7am rns.

So who will take the reigns now...

Today has been a really tough day for all of us.
Everyone of us invested here, and some considerably, are heavily, heavily underwater.
Today, it hurts a lot!

That said, can I also say thank you to Filter, Soup, Halespur, Older, SSM and many other LTH's for all the comments you post.... The thoughts, muses, perspectives that you all bring are very much appreciated.
We remain friends that we have never met, with a shared interest in the success of NFX.
Please keep posting.

I have, as many of us have, been holding NFX shares since the dizzy heights of 10p a share.
I have averaged down as the sp has fallen, averaged down again..... erm and again.
My average is possibly better than many - around 2.5p.... but to get there I have had to invest a fairly decent sum of money.
I've held this long and I am content to hold longer - feeling that this company will succeed...
However, the absence of communications, the lack of keeping the shareholders aware of what is happening (without releasing sensitive information), its obscene.!!!
Directors of NFX - show some integrity and give us an update urgently......

Yes, I think we have reasons to be positive and optimistic here....
Hopefully some really good news is not that far away.
Other LTH's sharing a positive outlook??

The time is now long overdue for you to afford us long term shareholders with a level of respect that feels to have been absent for far too long.
I remain fully behind this and am pleased to be invested here.
My view is that the NFX project remains very positive in what it offers the market and also to us as an investment as shareholders....
However.......
The lack of communication, the fact that when communications are given that they are brief, cautious and often open to ambiguity has been poor at the very least.
Integrity, Commitment, Communications, Trust, Confidence, Reassurance are all aspects that I consider essential in business and as one of your Shareholders, I expect the same from you to me.
Please can you bring some positive news to the market urgently....

Dan the consultant - what is he doing? Done? Focusing upon?
Business Development appointment.... IS this even happening?
New CEO..... When can we expect news?
We are now in April..... We were told to expect news in Q1, early in 2022, before Anne leaves.... Missed deadlines can be accepted if you offer some pointers to when the news can be expected.
To leave this to just stumble along with no real communications for so many weeks and months causes us LTH's (however positive about NFX that we are) to feel a lack of respect and value....
The consequence is that the SP is at an embarrassing low, and that without communications from yourselves you are making this still exciting prospect into a share that is almost uninvest able....
Please give us some decent communications on all aspects of this business.
