Ok so you've guessed I'm a fan of this company and the lower pound can only be good news, plus the services offered are more necessity than discretionary. Add to this the innovation to keep these services relevant and the growing portfolio of sites and I'm convinced this is a great to add.

Since Paysafe already has offices in Europe and subsidiary companies the Brexit question should be a minimal impact, except for the uncertainty it would bring to the markets, in the short to medium term. Even if Brexit occurs it will take 2 years and that assumes Parliament would heed the will of the nation. Even that's unclear.

I can see how the company is looking to drive the basic revenues for invoice processing, but TEP and the other added value businesses need to gain traction soon. Hopefully, Mr. Vira can do this. I think the analytical solution is a bit of a dead duck, I would like to see more meat on the bones regarding Tungsten's new added value services such as the foreign exchange solution. The roll out of the Tungsten network in countries like Germany would also help confidence.

If you're in this I'd say hold IMO but the SP might fall from here as the company is in a death spiral mode and many commentators have suggested the group is in total disarray. I think this is unfair. I topped up at 30p - Jim Slater is am investor and his judgement is better than most. Steve Rawlings has just returned as a Director. He founded Lakehouse and may have been out of the game for a while but I think its helpful to have his experience. Drivers for an improving SP will be the appointment of a respected CEO. The last one seemed credible but someone has to take responsibility for the current problems. Despite expensive consultants and supposed experienced non exec directors, shareholders have endured a cluster****. It was probably right to have expected a bad set of interims given the boardroom struggles and earlier profits warnings. News on contracts for the roll out of smart meters, Lakehouse counts 5 of the big 6 as clients, would help. The valuation of the company is way too low and could be a strong recovery play in the coming months.

55p would be a bargain, the strategic review achieved absolutely nothing other than proving there are no takers for this business. Up until the review Ory hadn't put a foot wrong, except possibly the opaque business model and the lack of understanding about the business potential amongst the wider investor community. I predict a slow decline in the SP unless further news is forthcoming

Agreed: timing is of the essence in this game and I agree with your sentiment. XL Media is another case in point. Volatile share price, and better traded rather than held. I'm out of that at the moment as the strategic review made feel rather uneasy.
