The US had agreed to release Iranian frozen assets that were held in Qatar and other foreign banks, according to Reuters news agency, citing a senior Iranian source.

The source, who declined to be named due to the sensitivity of the matter, welcomed the move as a sign of “seriousness” in reaching a deal with the US in talks in Islamabad.

The US has not made any public comments on the matter.

The source told Reuters that unfreezing the assets was “directly linked to ensuring safe passage through strait of Hormuz”, which is expected to be a key issue in the talks.

Alasdair Robinson, Chief Legal Officer, exercised 56,947 vested awards and sold all shares at a price of 208.5p per common share. Following the transaction, Alasdair Robinson owns 143,267 common shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.

John Hulme, Chief Operating Officer, exercised 87,557 vested awards and sold all shares at a volume weighted average price of 209.1941p per common share. Following the transactions, John Hulme owns 48,161 common shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital.

Clare Kinahan, Chief HR Officer, exercised 57,249 vested awards and sold all shares at a price of 205p per common share. Clare Kinahan also sold 7,597 shares at a volume weighted average price of 205p per common share. Following the transactions, Clare Kinahan no longer owns shares in the Company.

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) says the Kurdistan Region of Iraq has come under an intense wave of aerial attacks over the past two days, with nearly 50 drones, missiles, and rockets targeting both civilian and military sites across the autonomous region.

They want weak Erbil. Kurdistan is pro US even if they shifted them hundreds of times already.

Drones are flying all over Erbil!

Some 40 drone and missile attacks were launched by Iran-aligned Iraqi armed groups on the Kurdistan Region in less than 48 hours since Wednesday, targeting Erbil and Sulaimani provinces and bringing the total number of attacks carried out by Tehran and its allies in Iraq to around 270 since the start of the Iran‑Israel‑US conflict in late February.

Iran is hammering everything and everywhere. I bet Kurdistan oilfields are on the top of their list. Erbil airport is constantly under attack, difficult to imagine GKP would risk personel life to resume production, no chance.
