On the 10th July Oberon held 12.024%

Theres defo a large seller with plenty of stock off loading.

Oberon have sold 4% since IPO imho its more likely them that are selling once again.

There are only 5 significant holders 2 of them being the Chairman and CEO

My money is on Oberon Investments selling down further.

They have been doing so since IPO.

PEEL as with many stocks always appears to have a supply of stock ( Overhang).

I wondering if PEEL took some stock for their clients in the IPO and those clients are selling.

Skippy the market discounts price news in and out of valuations. As as the Company moves towards revenue in the bank the MKT Cap should rise accordingly.

Company has ticked 3 boxs recently Commercial Helium grade, Commercial flow rates and to a lesser extent but still positive the purchase of a PSA unit, contract awarded for refurb and installation.

However the market has given the news a big fat zero.

There is No doubt Minchin has destroyed Market trust and sentiment with his irresponsible comments.

Its as if Investors dont believe Rudyard to be commercial.

Are imho very positive, Ingomar has yet to be proven commercial however Rudyard has been proven commercial and will generate excellent annual revenues going forward.

CapX looked to be around $6-7 M either debt or offtake finance to bring on $20M in annual revenue.

I expect the CR to be upgraded soon and moved into reserves.

For a Market cap of £20M

Market pretty much pricing no premium for the Rudyard news.
