IMHO have added more on the dip

PM709 imho those shares have been forward sold by the warrants holder at higher prices. This is how most CLN providers operate.
Ive commented that the recent SP weakness was maybe due to placing shares selling or warrant holder forward selling.

the warrants can be converted however they will have to pay the company 35p for them.

No PM709 they have issued 3,798,386 shares necessary to convert the CLN from debt into shares.
The CLN has been converted in shares rather than paid off in cash.

Nope tnot seperate cases todays issue has been to convert the CLN and eliminate £1.434M of debt.

PM709 you also fail to mention the company will be debt free, however i guess that to positive for you to post.

PM709 slightly misleading, i suggest you read the "Issue of CLN" RNS 1st Nov 2019 and note the reason for the todays issue @42p.
issue price is the same as the CLN conversion price 42p
The warrant price has been reduced from 42p to 35p

Has been the poorest performing COVID19 stock by a Country mile in fact zero gain.
Imho due to the overhang of placing stock and warrant sales. Once these are cleared hopefully a rerate to 80-100p

Thanks PM709, i thought it was a new placing to raise for additional capital, expecting a separate RNS. Good to see the old CLN being put to bed. I felt that those warrants were being forward sold recently. imho we will see the lows today.

Sam to put your mind at rest a little. Now is not the time to be selling. Technicals are looking good for a move up.

No idea Sam lots of potential variables. however a string of positive Covid19 news will certainly see a spike above.
However seller may still be in market, World markets could be in another huge bear phase.

Today has seen WINS mainly bidding for stock, once PEEL shift on the offer, SP should be away.

A note for the future Sam, whenever. a company raises money through a placing, expect weakness 90% of the time. Placees very rarely hold long term.

Nope you will know when the SP moves up or down on normal supply and demand dynamics.
Also most rainbow chasers will buy ing on T10 and T20 settlement, so they all need to sell at a loss.

Sam you are simply going to have to wait until the placing seller has cleared ( delayed sells) and the weak shirts and skirts have sold. What is noticeable today is no large mid price prints.
