Whimax you can only buy and sell on the same exchange. A good strategy short term would be to short the US. As the US will drop 30-40% when it trades ex divi.

Whimax for starters MMS do not set value, the market supply and demand does.

You appear to not get what’s happening. US has not gone ex record so ACCUSTEM is effectively still in the price.

UK is setting price at the moment, at present UK holders are selling down simples, revaluing TILS EX ACC.

would appear ACC was priced at a lot higher value than most people thought including the BOD.

If you take fair value as the placing price 200p the Accustem is being valued around 180 - £200 million and TILS probably around the same levels. ACCUSTEM appears to have been discounted around 50% of TILS.

One negative is that the whole demerger CF has enabled shorters to take back control.

Swervington UK is still pricing in the capital reduction/demerger. The US is not.

Bluebelly I have to agree with you, I think the the demerger Process has been a complete CF.

Why is that mkt cap £240 million.

I’m guessing many peeps went overweight in TILS to gain ACCUSTEM and are now adjusting there positions.
