Even 400M @ the present share price 0.4p would only give them around £1.4 -1.5M after expenses. Around 4 Months of cash

HE1 have the option to repay conversion in cash plus interest which they do not have.

And how do you work that out, funding will come from PEEL and the bucket shops who will flip the shares. They will want a massive discount in order to facilitate that flip.

How an earth can it be a buying opportunity when existing holder will be massively diluted in a matter of weeks.

The company need to raise as a minimum its current market cap.
